Serving our unhoused neighbors in Auburn and Cayuga County, New York

The Safe & Warm Street Outreach Program assists clients with urgent needs, such as food, transportation, and medical needs, and works to connect them with social service resources in the community in order to move them from homelessness to housing.

The Safe & Warm Field Operation prepares and serves approximately 150 lunches plus 50 extra sandwiches each week to unhoused individuals who are on the street or living in hotels and motels in Auburn and Cayuga County NY. In addition, we are often able to provide through in-kind donations personal hygiene products, socks, and winter outerwear.

The Safe & Warm Drop-in Center at Westminster Presbyterian Church on William Street in Auburn is open every Friday from 3 pm to 5 pm. We offer a warm, friendly, helpful place where people can find food, drink, a helpful staff of volunteers, and a list of local resources. Personal hygiene products, socks, and winter outerwear are also available.
